Impermea Materials BIO-PAK + MVTR 4140 is a 100% bio-based material coating with oil, grease, and moisture barrier properties. This formula is a non-toxic, PFAS-free, heat sealable coating designed to provide an increase in Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR) compared to typical polycoated and waxed papers. It is gluable with both cold set and hot melt adhesives and is printable with water based inks.

Due to the unique sugar cane chemistry that makes this 100% bio-based coating, BIO-PAK + MVTR 4140 is industrial recyclable, compostable, repulpable.
